Through more than 40 sweet, vegan, raw and gluten-free recipes, Manuela Tilaro takes us into a surprising world of amazing taste, discovering a new concept of understanding cooking, made of healthy, vibrant and colorful ingredients.
Although it seems impossible, raw food is a varied and tasty cuisine where you can range from cakes, cookies, pizzas and meatballs!
A continuous discovery among healthy and wholesome ingredients. Forget white flours, sugar, butter, and eggs! But do not think that this is why they are sad and tasteless dishes. Raw dishes are an explosion of colors and flavors!
And not only for us “humans”: in fact, one of the chapters of the book is also dedicated to treats for “tailed babies,” all approved by the author’s 4 dogs.
The benefits of a raw food diet
What prompted me to approach this diet was just everything I had read about the benefits of eating raw, living, colorful foods. I wanted to see if it was all true.
I was amazed at all the changes I saw on my body, but not only that.
The benefits of a raw diet, if this is balanced of course, are many, not only on a physical level, but also on a mental and psychological level.
If the body is in a great state of well-being, everything else benefits as well.
Here are the most significant benefits of a raw diet:

- large amount of nutrients, vitamins and minerals
- fast digestion
- reactive immune system
- intestinal regularity
- deep sleep

Manuela Tilaro is food blogger creator of Peace&Raw,approaching the plant-based world 10 years ago.
A creative soul, he has always had a need to invent and create. After attending hotel school, where traditional cooking failed to enthuse her, she totally changed her path by devoting her creativity first to sewing and then to make-up.
Plant food, however, awakens a spark in her, and she realizes that her true passion is cooking. He learns about raw food and falls in love with it. Partly out of passion, partly out of need he began to experiment with incredible amazement! But it is sharing with others, the great little discoveries that raw food gives her, that really makes her happy.
